Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• If there are any delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.
• Delivery in UAE is 1-3 Business days, Other countries delivery lead time is 7-14 business days
• For next business day delivery is applicable only in UAE when order is placed before 3:00 PM on working day
• Backordered Items delivery lead times are 14-20 Business days
• Cash on Delivery is not applicable on Backordered items

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
• You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

• We are not responsible if address is not entered correctly

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within  7 days with photos of the damage, and we’ll assist you with a claim.
